Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you total command over your email accounts and e-newsletters. Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages based on specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
